BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors has named Devin Bird as a partner.

Bird joined the firm nine years ago as part of the founding team. He has specialized in generational transitions, ownership and business strategy, and integrated governance. He came to Banyan with broad experience as a consultant. He was a senior advisor at Banyan’s predecessor company, a case team leader with Bain & Company, and a senior associate in KPMG’s audit practice.

Pritzker Private Capital
Pritzker Private Capital, which focuses on family direct investing, has appointed Jon Muckley, an operations and financial executive, as senior advisor.

The Pritzker Operations Group is led by David Gau, partner and head of operations at PPC, where he will help build growth-focused middle-market businesses and support the continued expansion of PPC’s operations team.

Muckley joins from PLZ Aeroscience, where he served as chief financial officer. PLZ, a PPC family company since 2015, is North America’s largest independent specialty aerosol and liquid product manufacturer. He assisted Highline Warren as interim CFO before his official start date with PPC. Highline Warren, a leader in manufacturing and distribution of automotive maintenance products, joined PPC’s family of companies in November 2020. Muckley began his career in the technology sector, including senior finance positions at Nokia. He earned an MBA from the University of Illinois, as well as a BS in accounting and a BA in economics and history from Miami University .
